Arabic speaking Director of Business Development (opening) – Sultanate of Oman 

An experienced Director of Sales & Marketing is required to open a 250 room beautiful new resort opening in Oman that will be visited by leisure and business travelers from all over the Middle East and worldwide.  This new property comprises of restaurants, lounge, large meeting/banquets and leisure facilities for both adults and children. 

This 4-5 star brand is highly respected World Wide and its name is a household label… This post will report to the Cluster General Manager, as well as Area Director of Sales and Business Strategies.  Their preference is a Lebanese or Jordanian citizen or similar. 
For the Director of Business Development role preference would be given to Arabic speaker, with prior work experience in international hotel chain and with minimum 2 years as Director of Sales and Marketing.  The preferred candidate should also have work experience in the GCC Market. 

He/she will be responsible  for implementing all sales and marketing activities and maximize property’s business opportunities.  You will also be responsible for leading the property's MICE business and be supportive in the implementation of this segment sales strategy and achieve segment revenue goals, overall property goals and guests satisfaction.  
The role is the main link between the property and Area Sales Office.  You will conduct all day-to-day activities related to the sales functions that have a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.

Computer Animation Expert / Supervisor / Professor – Vietnam 

As a Computer Animation Expert you will play an important role in the process of creating animation for technology, as well as cartoons and video games.  The mission of our client, a world class Animation Studio located in Vietnam is to combine the talent, wisdom and culture of Vietnam with world class technology to create animated films that appeal to audiences of all ages. 

The Computer Animation Expert is required to work along with a team of animators to create animations on a project.  You will conduct research for projects, meet with clients to review deadlines, create a storyboard, produce the animation and then edit the animation as needed in coordination with the animators, game designers, directors and other staff.  
As a computer animator, you use computer technology to illustrate and design believable settings and characters in movie frames, video games and animation. You will also play a role in the development of Web and mobile technology, as well as work with a team of other people to tell a story, using your artistic and story-telling skills in the design of video games or film. 

To qualify for this post, you will need a Bachelor's degree; associate's degree and/or certificate programs.  Further education in fine arts and computer animation is also important for this role.

Hotel Manager – Jamaica

Our client, a top rated hotel seeks a Hotel Manager to oversee operations of a very nice property in Jamaica. This position reports to the General Manager and is accountable for overall operations of the resort by participating in the decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.

Operations Manager for a small 15 room boutique Mansion in Malaysia

A well-known SE Asian company who operates 4 and 5 Star hotels, as well as many other hospitality entities, requires an Operations Manager for their 5 star boutique mansion in Malaysia consisting of 15 rooms, spa, restaurant, business center, meeting rooms and conference center. 
Candidates must have current or recent working experience in Malaysia or Asia in hotels which are boutique, Design or W Hotels style.  Preference to Malaysian citizens or PR.  

Job Responsibilities: 
Oversee the overall day to day hotel operations of the hotel, including revenue management, housekeeping, check-in and check-out and all aspects of guest services, and ensure the up-keep of the hotel’s status as a luxury and unique boutique accommodation. 
Plan, direct and execute promotional and special stay packages with external online hotel booking websites, tour agencies, credit card companies and corporate sales. The Production Manager will be responsible for both the Computer Animation and Traditional hand-drawn animation divisions in their Studio. Hence, it is mandatory for this person to be knowledgeable in the management of all processes and procedures of the Animation division. 
In order to qualify for this role, you must have experience in leading Animation companies located in USA or Japan like Disney, Warner Amination Group, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon and comparable.  

Your responsibilities for this role are: 
5 years industry experience on animated productions.
Managing and supervising the Animation team and general film production.
Liaising with the Animation Production team and managing them through the duration of the project.
Mentoring and development of Animation Production staff in the running of the department and all production interactions.
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of the Master Schedule for the project, in particular as it relates to Animation.

They are seeking a VP of Operations who understands branding standards and has in the past been a multi-unit GM or Vice President.  China is a challenging environment with lots of travel and some difficult owners.  Someone with familiarity to the terrain would be most suitable.  This is not a role for a “first time China VP”. 
Mandarin language is obviously a plus, but not at all important.  China multi-unit experience is most beneficial.

Character Design Expert / Professor – Vietnam

A SE Asian group who owns, develops and manages leading tourism and hospitality properties throughout Asia seeks a Character Design Expert/Professor for their one of a kind Animation Studio in Vietnam. 
Character Designers with working experience in USA or France in recognized Animation Studios like Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks and similar companies will be considered.  

As a Character Design expert you will be required to create the look and feel of animated characters.  At this position you are responsible for several different positions; an Illustrator, Concept Artist, Animator, and Game Artist meaning that you have to design your characters, bring them to life, then flesh out their look. 

You must have the knowledge and expertise in using computer graphics and 3D modeling to design and animate your form by adding in color, molding its movements, and adding its sounds.  
To do this work you must be very imaginative and creative, and have the breadth and depth of animation knowledge to make your creation come to life: You must be well versed in all technical proficiencies that are generally split between several fields. 
Your main function also requires you to blend skills from across fields to create vivacious, well rounded characters. In this role, you work mainly in video games, animation, and illustration.
