We require the talents of a personable Food & Beverage Director for a luxury boutique property in Kenya, part of a well-known international hotel group.

The F&B Director will supervise multiple department heads, as well as work in conjunction with Chefs, the F&B Controller and other managers to ensure smooth operations and maximize profitability/productivity while maintaining high service and product standards. This property has a number of food and beverage outlets as well as room service, as well as, excellent banqueting facilities. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic, keen, personable and self-motivated who excels in service and strives for excellence.

You will be responsible to oversee and direct all aspects of the F&B operation, including in kitchen. Provides overall leadership and direction for food preparation and service to meet and surpass service quality the various food outlets and banquets in maintaining the department profit goals and hotel standards. You will possess outstanding “high end” food and beverage knowledge food, beverage and service levels. Sound expertise in developing short and long term goals and strategies to achieve the company’s objectives for the restaurants, banquets, lounges and in room service.

Food and Beverage Managers (2) – Caribbean

Our client in the Caribbean, a multi award winning ultra-luxury resort requires experienced Food & Beverage Managers(2) to help manage an extensive F&B operation which consists of several F&B outlets(bars & restaurants), room service and extensive banqueting space. The role is pure operations, with a strong customer service focus, driving guest satisfaction and customer service to the highest levels, providing a safe, clean and progressive work environment for the team. Holding individuals at all levels accountable with strong follow up while providing motivation at all levels. The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their assigned restaurant(s). Key responsibilities include; team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, the development, training and retention of talent. The goal is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible in the complete planning and management of the F&B front of house operation. A Director of Food & Beverage is required for a 250 room beautiful new resort opening in Oman that will be visited by leisure and business travelers from all over the Middle East and worldwide.  This new property comprises of restaurants, lounge, large meeting/banquets and leisure facilities for both adults and children. 

This individual must possess the skills to achieve expected bottom line profit margins and must be "on the floor" supporting the F&B team.  Minimum 2-3 years of previous International and Middle East luxury hotel experience as Director of F&B is preferred, along with “Pre-opening/opening” experience. 

You must be customer and business oriented, be a strong leader, define, implement and maintain the highest standards of guest service, and must also be actively involved in executing revenue strategies and sales initiatives.

“Japanese” Restaurant Manager for Luxury Members’ Club – Singapore

A Restaurant Manager is required for a newly opened Japanese Restaurant in a recognized Member’s Club in Singapore. Current/previous work experience in a recognized Japanese Restaurant is preferable.

Our client needs an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operation of the Club’s high-end, Japanese restaurant.  You will lead the opening and overall daily operations of the Japanese Restaurant and will ensure that the staff deliver on the members’ high expectations for service and quality. This role reports to the Head Chef.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for directing the Front of House team and working with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience by all of the members.
