Assistant Spa Manager - Caribbean

Our client, a five star large luxury resort in the Caribbean requires an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operation of a state-of-the-art Spa and Fitness facility. He/she will provide the guests with the highest quality of service, ensuring guests' total satisfaction in every aspect luxury Spa experience. He/she will supervise all Spa employees ranging from supervisors, therapists, spa attendants, beauticians and receptionists and fitness instructors.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in maximizing the full potential of this revenue generating profit center.
  • Work harmoniously with the Hotel Management team and ensure that the Spa is an integral part of the Resort.
  • On a frequent basis, inspect all areas of the Spa and Fitness Center for cleanliness and maintenance discrepancies.
  • Assist the finance dept. with monthly inventory reporting.
  • Payroll duties
  • Assist the manager with weekly scheduling of employees & contractors
  • All other duties may include: Reception duty, Treatments (if qualified),laundry management, purchasing and inventory management
  • Monitor and manage time sheets


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service position.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervising a spa operation with diverse treatments.
  • Valid certifications from accredited spa organizations to verify expertise in the field of resort or spa management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills. Microsoft Office, Revenue Management System, Professional Scheduler systems.

Salary Package:

Children’s Entertainment Manager - Caribbean 

Our client, a top luxury resort in the Caribbean requires an experienced Children's Entertainment Manager for their Kids Club. The person will be responsible for the daily operation and executing of entertainment activities for kids registered and participating in various activities in the Kids Club program.


These include but are not limited to:-

•Budgetary planning and financial administration for the department
•Staffing – motivating, training and developing
•Ensuring that partnership standards for XBOX, Scratch DJ Academy, Crayola facilities etc. are maintained
•Be resourceful and facilitate the continuous development of ideas to enhance the programme
•Effectively liaise with parents and guardians of kids registered in the Kids Camp Programme
•Ensuring the safety of children and counselors by maintaining the assigned ratios of children to counselors
•Coordinate relevant activities and décor implantation for themed days and special holidays e.g. Easter, Halloween
•Handle all guests concerns efficiently and in compliance with company standards
•Ensure a clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing and kids friendly environment.
•Provide emceeing duties and stage management functions, when necessary for various Kids shows and productions
•Maintain a favorable working relationship with team members and managers to foster and promote cooperation and teamwork
•Support the general operations of the Entertainment department as may be necessary or directed by relevant management personnel.

Casino Games Manager – Alberta, Canada

Our client in Alberta is one the oldest casino operating companies in the province, they are looking for a games manager to supervise the day to day operations at one of their facilities.

Essential duties of this role:

  • Knowledge of the AGLC regulations, they will be the main point of contact between our client and the regulating casino agency for the province and will be in charge of reporting and documenting every suspicious activity of illegal gambling
  • Provide support to the pit supervisor as needed
  • Will get involved with charity and networking events in order to maintain and develop a positive company brand among the local community
  • Will act as manager on duty and general manager when required
  • Will follow up with all guest related issues from all department and ensure that they are resolved to the highest level of customer satisfaction

Additional duties include

  • Staff Training
  • Create property and department revenue and performance reports
  • Communicate daily with corporate offices
  • Will report to senior games manager and general manager


  • Salary $46,000
  • Relocation allowance
  • Long-term growth within the company as Senior Games Manager and between other sister casino properties

Important Background Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid casino gaming license from AGLC or equivalent
  • Must have previous management or supervisor casino experience
  • Open for relocation
